Is it really one-time?
Yes. $3.99 (or $3.59 in crypto) unlocks one search, once. There is no subscription, no trial that converts, and no stored card — you will never be charged again unless you unlock another search.
What if there are no matches?
You only pay to unlock results that exist. If a search returns zero matches, there is nothing to unlock and nothing to pay — searching and seeing the match count is always free.
Can I get a refund?
If your payment went through but the results never unlocked, contact us and we'll unlock the search manually or refund the payment in full. See the terms page for details.
